People

Infrastructure projects involve many stakeholders. These include residents, community organisations, local authorities, politicians, developers, financers, regulatory bodies and the entire supply chain. Read More >>>

We proactively engage with stakeholders as early as possible and we link our interactions back with the rest of the project development. For example, if one stakeholder holds a “ransom strip” this can impact the entire project.

Our process will highlight that we need to negotiate this to a conclusion very early in the project design or to have a viable alternative plan.

Planet

The first law of thermodynamics states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed. We use our existing and new datasets to estimate energy demands within the project. Read More >>>

We use product datasets from our ongoing engagement with the energy supply chain to estimate energy supply within the project scope.

Our technical modelling makes sure that we can match supply and demand. And we can add in other planetary factors such as carbon emissions and biodiversity impacts.

Profit

Infrastructure projects often have high construction costs and uncertain revenue streams. We build our financial models off the back of our technical models. Read More >>>

We negotiate commercial arrangements up and down the supply chain to manage out uncertainty. We write the business case allowing for sign off from the financers.
